"Ether consumed by matter" ?

On the website it says "Ether (the Medium) accelerates toward matter because it is consumed by matter."
Is there evidence of this notion?
How would it perceived or how could it be tested?

    Oh, I am starting to read. It seems to be the explanation for gravity. Am I understanding right?
    Could the consumption of ether by matter be somehow stopped, modified or reversed?
