His derivations are correct until time index 7:30 where he begins to derive the transverse propagation of the Michelson Morley experiment.

His solution shows NO Time "offset",   just 2s/c.  The same as if it were stationary.  His Math is correct.  For a moment I was dumbfounded (I love when that happens).  But this could not be right because I would have seen it in the simulations.  It took me a moment to figure out where the flaw was.   Can you figure out where he went wrong?

you can ignore everything beyond 15 minutes.  He goes off into the weeds.
