The paper is trying to propose that electrons are irrotational vortices (IV) -- I don't agree with that; however, I have been pondering that SOSOPS generate an irrotational vortex about them, just like any massive body does, which could explain some of the disconnects. This paper is a good primer of the properties of irrotational vortices, so I will be digesting it.
