ROA 25: The Locality Tell

Hi folks, I realized that I had not published the Locality Tell.  That's OK, I made it better.  

Almost done with the experimental upgrades.  Should have results next weekend.  

Sorry that this got in the way.  But this is important.  This explains what I said in the V5 video, that there is a way to get the correct answers from classical theory; however, it violates locality and is improper to consider.  

Also, in researching this, I may have discovered a misdeed by Albert Einstein that might have cost humanity 100 years in scientific progress.
