This is a slight upgrade to the version 0.5 Draft released to Patreon Members. Appendix D list the changes. Mostly minor changes like grammar/Spelling fixes, finishing Appendices and links, removing a section that was duplicated. Here are the most notable changes
1) Added Section 6 which speculates about FTL
2) Correction to the Gravity/G/rp derivation -- off by a factor of 2
